Our Legal Standards

How Heirvana builds its documents — and what that means for you.

How Heirvana Builds Its Documents

Heirvana's estate planning templates are built on the foundational legal requirements that govern wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives across the United States. Our documents are designed with reference to state-specific statutory requirements, standard estate planning practice, and the most current applicable law in each jurisdiction.

Where We Are Today

Our document templates are currently undergoing formal state-by-state attorney review. We are actively building a network of licensed estate planning attorneys in each state to review and certify our templates for their specific jurisdiction. This process is ongoing and expanding.

What This Means for You

Heirvana documents are designed to meet the legal requirements of your state. We recommend that users with complex estates, significant assets, blended families, or multi-state property consult a licensed estate planning attorney in their state for personalized legal advice. Heirvana is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Our Commitment

Every document template on Heirvana will carry state-level attorney review as we complete our certification program. We will update this page as each state is certified.
