Which documents do I need?
For most people: a Last Will & Testament + Healthcare Directive + Power of Attorney is a complete basic estate plan. Add a Living Trust if you own property or want to avoid probate.
From your dashboard sidebar, click "Documents". This shows all your estate planning documents โ wills, trusts, power of attorney, and healthcare directives. Click "+ New Document" or use the quick-start cards on the Overview page.

Select the document you want to create. Six types are available: Last Will & Testament, Revocable Living Trust, Pour-Over Will, Power of Attorney, Financial Power of Attorney, and Healthcare Directive. If you're unsure where to start, a Last Will & Testament is the most common first document.
