Using the Digital Vault

Learn how to securely store your crypto wallets, passwords, accounts, and digital assets so your family is never left guessing.

Why the Vault matters

Without access instructions, your crypto wallets, exchange accounts, and digital assets could be permanently lost when you pass. The Vault ensures your heirs have everything they need.

1

Open the Digital Vault

From your dashboard sidebar, click "Vault". You'll need an active subscription (Vault & Docs or Family) to access this feature. First-time vault access requires OTP email verification for extra security.

Protect Sensitive Details

Vault item details are hidden by default. To view access instructions or notes, click the โ‹ฎ menu on any item and select "Show Details". Every reveal is logged with a timestamp in the activity log โ€” giving you a full audit trail.

Assign Items to Beneficiaries

Go to the Beneficiaries section and open any beneficiary's profile. Use the "Assign Vault Items" panel to select which vault items they should inherit. You can set full access or a percentage split for financial accounts.
